Here I translate the instruction booklet for Rockman & Forte. Most of it is standard warnings and stuff, but the fun parts are the character introductions etc! The pages will be seperated by a line, and I will be starting from LEFT to RIGHT. So first part is the left page, then after the line is the right page.

CAPCOM DAILY PRESS (Story)
Is Dr. Wily back?!
There has been confirmed news of Dr. Wily (57), who has been missing since he was caught in the explosion of his base following his defeat against Rockman! What’s more, it has been discovered by our company’s investigations that he is in the midst of building a new castle to realize his aspirations of world domination!
Wily Castle Taken Over!!
The castle that Dr. Wily (57) has been constructing was taken over by someone unknown! Wily has left on his own and is currently under protection at Light’s research facility – he is confirmed to be okay.
A Proclamation of Crime from the Culprit!
A letter of crime as reached our office from the culprit that took over Wily’s castle. According to the statement, the mastermind is a robot who goes by the name of King, who asserts that robots – who are greater than humans – should rule the world. Further, the statement also includes a proclamation that he will steal robot data from the museum, and Rockman and Forte are currently looking into it…
Rockman

A robot who plots to take over the world to create a world based on robot sovereignty. He has organized his own army by stealing the data of robots created by Dr. Light and Wily. His hobby is chess, but he is unhappy with the fact that he cannot find any good opponents to play against because he is too strong.
Dr. Wily

BOSS CHARACTER INTRODUCTIONS
KGN.001 Dynamo Man
He was originally working as a guide for the children that would come tour the power plant, but then King installed a powerful generator in him, turning him into a robot solely for generating power. However, because he shoots off electricity all around him as a result of the forced modification, nobody wants to get near him. Since then, he has become a robot skeptical and hateful of children.
Special Weapon: LIGHTNING BOLT
Generates lightning bolts and damages all enemies in the vicinity.
KGN.002 Cold Man
King modified the refrigerator used to maintain the freezing of the dinosaur DNA sample at Light’s Research Lab and turned it into a guard robot. His inside is maintained at absolute zero and can freeze all sorts of items instantly. He had a complex concerning the shape of his body, but now he prides himself in his defensive capabilities. Because of his low temperature, he is slow at IC work, and he has a laid back personality.
Special Weapon: ICE WALL
Generates thick ice in front of you. If you push Ice Wall, it will slide forward. You can also ride on top to move.
KGN.003 Ground Man
A ruin excavation robot developed by King. He has the most power of all the King Numbers. He’s passionate about his work and once he starts digging he will continue digging until ordered to stop. His downsides are his abrasiveness and reservedness, and he has a dark personality that enjoys digging tunnels all alone. Further, there are rumours that he adds whatever he discovers to his own collection without reporting it to King.
Special Weapon: SPREAD DRILL
A drill that separates with each press of the shot button, it is effective against durable enemies.
KNG.004 Pirate Man
A pirate robot made to raid transport ships during their sea voyages. He will use any means to complete his task. It is rumoured he is responsible for the recent cases of ship hulls being bombed and the cargo within being stolen, but the truth is unknown. His hidden base, said to be at the bottom of the sea, is currently being searched for.
Special Weapon: REMOTE MINE
A mine that sticks to enemies. After firing, you can control its flight direction up and down with the D-pad. After it’s set on something, it will explode if you press the shot button.
KGN.005 Burner Man
An environmental destruction robot ordered by King to burn down all nature. He fires a super high temperature flame using a mysterious gas discovered by accident during King’s experiments. He believed King’s lie that “if you don’t burn one jungle a day, the self-destruct device in you will activate”, and zealously goes around burning forests.
Special Weapon: WAVE BURNER
Burns anything with flamethrower that moves like a wiper.
KGN.006 Magic Man
He was a member of the King Army Recreational Circus, but he became a member of the King Army upon request. (Seems he thought he could stand out if he became a soldier…) He is a prideful lone wolf. It appears he is greatly disliked by his comrades because he shows off his skillful card tricks no matter the situation or place. He is absorbed in his research into new tricks, and is unexpectedly a hard worker.
Special Weapon: MAGIC CARD
It is possible to shoot it straight to the sides or straight up, and when an enemy is defeated it is easier for items to appear.
DWN.057 Tengu Man
He was originally a robot for experimenting with the creation of man-made typhoons, but Dr. Wily modified him to be a combat robot. He volunteered for the King Army to get vengeance for his previous defeat against Rockman. Due to his re-modification as part of the King Army, he became strong in close-combat, as well. He has extreme confidence in himself and always look down on others from high places.
Special Weapon: TENGU BLADE
A blade (katana) that fires off an air cutter wave. With the use of sliding or dashing, you can also do a dash slash.
DWN.058 Astro Man
A robot rebuilt using the data King stole from the museum. He was reprogrammed to utilize his special ability – using other dimensions to display planetariums – for attack purposes. His shy personality remains unchanged and he will immediately hide somewhere.
Special Weapon: COPY VISION
It creates a copy of yourself. The copy will not just shoot, but will have the effect of grabbing enemies’ attention.
Roll-chan’s CD Collector’s Guide
Within stages, there are CDs dropped around that contain data stolen by King.
There is Robot Data recored in the CDs. If you put it to the database in the Research Lab, you can view the data. Highlight the cursor with the D-pad and press the Y button.
If you press the D-pad further, you can view detailed data. There are a total of 100 CDs stolen by King, so do your best!
