A penniless and status-less man
can only accept his condition as fate,
work, and die.
He will live through this ugly life with tenacity.
Sweat blood, break one’s back, unable to grasp
that precious, fleeting meal
Aah, dig in, hold firm, let’s spread
the burning pedals, our bloodstained mark.
The flower raised in mud will become a Sakura of Tenacity.
Tenacity, it’s about tenacity. Bear the tears.
What separates a man’s worth is always tenacity.
What will you live for, what will you protect
When the answer comes, you’ll know what to do
If you’re willing to put your life on the line
Clench, clench your teeth, and face towards
this absurd fate.
Even if we wilt, the powerful weeds of men will take root.
The answer is here. You know what to do
if you’re a true man.
Aah, dig in, hold firm, let’s spread
the burning pedals, our bloodstained mark.
I, raised in the muddy water, will become a Sakura of Tenacity.
Clench, clench your teeth, and face towards
this absurd fate.
We will spread them extravagantly, this fully bloomed Sakura of Tenacity!

Notes: Replace “tenacity” with synonyms if you want; I just thought “tenacity” sounded most tough. “Guts” mighta been good too. Also “meal” refers probably to the good life; having food abundant. Like grasping that prize. I wanted to leave it as it was as it was probs intended as such a metaphor.
god bless you
